- Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: We currently ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Mizuno Men Clothing Shop. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchange process.
Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return:
- Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
- Items must be in original packaging with all accompanying documentation
- Proof of purchase must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene standards and comply with regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:
- Fragrance & Grooming products (if opened or used)
- Knitwear and Nightwear & Pyjamas
- Books & Magazines (unless damaged in transit)
- Personalized or made-to-order items
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, you’ll receive:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Detailed return instructions
- A prepaid return shipping label (for defective items only)
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please ensure:
- Items are securely packaged in their original packaging
- The RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package
- For exchanges, include a note specifying your preferred size/color
Note: For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received at our Newcastle facility, returns are processed within:
- 3-5 business days for refunds
- 5-7 business days for exchanges (subject to stock availability)
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within:
- 3-5 business days for credit/debit card payments
- 1-2 business days for PayPal payments
Important Notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- International customers: refunds will be issued in GBP; exchange rates may affect the final amount
Exchange Policy
For exchanges of eligible items:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the original is received
- If the replacement item is of higher value, we’ll invoice the difference
- If of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Damaged or Defective Items
For items damaged in transit or defective upon arrival:
