Our Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In original packaging with all accompanying documentation
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene standards and comply with regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fragrance & Grooming products (opened or used)
  • Knitwear and Nightwear & Pyjamas (for hygiene reasons unless faulty)
  • Books & Magazines (unless damaged in transit)
  • Personalized or made-to-order items

The Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To begin the return process, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with the following details:

Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Mizuno Customer Service, I would like to request a return/exchange for my recent purchase (Order #[Your Order Number] placed on [Order Date]). Details of item(s) to be returned: – Product Name: [Name as shown on invoice] – SKU/Item Number: [If available] – Reason for return: [Please specify: wrong size, defective, not as described, etc.] I understand I will receive return instructions within 2 business days. Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, you’ll receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Detailed return instructions
  • A prepaid return shipping label (for defective items only)

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please ensure:

  • Items are securely packaged in their original packaging
  • The RMA number is clearly visible on the outside of the package
  • For exchanges, include a note specifying your preferred size/color

Note: For non-defective returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received at our Newcastle facility, returns are processed within:

  • 3-5 business days for refunds
  • 5-7 business days for exchanges (subject to stock availability)

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within:

  • 3-5 business days for credit/debit card payments
  • 1-2 business days for PayPal payments

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • International customers: refunds will be issued in GBP; exchange rates may affect the final amount

Exchange Policy

For exchanges of eligible items:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once the original is received
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, we’ll invoice the difference
  • If of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

Damaged or Defective Items

For items damaged in transit or defective upon arrival:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photographic evidence of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return and expedited replacement
